In a statement distributed by the U.S embassy in Amman Thursday evening, Heathr said Tillerson's six-day tour, which includes Ankara, Beirut, Cairo and Kuwait, will begin on February 11. Tillerson will underline the solid relationship between the United States and Jordan, as he will also work on a new memorandum of understanding with the Kingdom on bilateral aid and discuss key regional issues, including the continuing crisis in Syria and supporting Jordan in the Middle East peace process, the statement noted.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - U.S. Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, is set to visit Jordan as part of a tour, during which he will visit several countries in the region, State Department spokesperson, Heather Nauert, said.

In a statement distributed by the U.S embassy in Amman Thursday evening, Heathr said Tillerson's six-day tour, which includes Ankara, Beirut, Cairo and Kuwait, will begin on February 11.
