In a statement, GAM called on public to report complaints to its emergency center in Tlaa Al Ali area, which will be available on 5359970 and 5359971. Deputy Director for districts and environmental affairs at GAM, Basem Tarawneh, said teams, heavy equipment and water pumps are available. He also urged construction workers not to leave debris and wastes on roads and pavements to avoid damaging rainfall drainage channels.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) on Thursday announced a state of medium alert following weather department's forecast of a depression expected to bring intense downpours over the weekend.

In a statement, GAM called on public to report complaints to its emergency center in Tlaa Al Ali area, which will be available on 5359970 and 5359971.

Deputy Director for districts and environmental affairs at GAM, Basem Tarawneh, said teams, heavy equipment and water pumps are available.

He also urged construction workers not to leave debris and wastes on roads and pavements to avoid damaging rainfall drainage channels.
