Relatively hot weather forecast until Wednesday

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Monday creating relatively hot weather in the capital and moderate conditions in the hilly areas, while it will be hot in Badia and the Jordan valley.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), mercury levels in Amman for today will reach a high of 34 degrees Celsius dropping to 17 at night. In the Gulf of Aqaba, maximum temperature will hit 39 degrees Celsius, sliding to 27 at night.

On Tuesday, normal summer weather is expected in the capital, while it will be moderate in the mountainous areas and hot in other parts of the country, the JMD said.

Mercury levels will few degrees on Wednesday, bringing relatively hot conditions in most regions with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
