House Speaker receives 2016 Anti-Corruption report

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Speaker of the Lower House, Atef Tarawneh, Sunday received President of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, Mohammad Allaf, who handed him a copy of the anti-graft body's 2016 annual report.

Tarawneh said the legislature is open to any proposals regarding legislations that are of interest to the commission, voicing appreciation to the anti-graft commission in fighting corruption and protecting the Kingdom's reform process.

Allaf reviewed the work of the commission, stressing the importance of coordination and cooperation between the commission and the legislature to serve citizens and the country.
