Ministry says following up with Australian authorities on plane crash

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Foreign Ministry's operation centre, through the Jordanian embassy in Canberra is following up with the concerned Australian authorities to make sure that there are no Jordanians among victims of the plane crashed in Melbourne this morning.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Sabah Al Rafei said in a statement that names of the victims killed in the crash have not been released yet. A small chartered plane with five people aboard crashed into a shopping center shortly after takeoff from Melbourne's Essendon airport Tuesday morning, Australian police said.
