In remarks at the opening of the Jordanian-Qatari Economic Forum in the Qatari capital Doha on Monday, he said that mechanisms and measures taken by Jordan with regard to investments guarantee that no investment disputes will happen. Talhoni said that the Jordanian Investment Law no. 30 for the year 2014, gave non-Jordanians the right to set up industrial and services projects in the Kingdom. He also pointed to the investment agreement that was signed between Jordan and Qatar in 2007 and which encourages the private sector from both countries to invest in the countries.
