Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively cold conditions are expected to prevail Monday and Tuesday in the hilly areas, while it will be mild in other parts of the kingdom, Meteorologists said.

According to Jordan Meteorologist Department (JMD), daytime temperatures expected in Amman and the northern areas for today will reach 16 degrees Celsius, while it will jump to 24 in the Gulf of Aqaba.

Temperatures will tangibly during the night reaching 5 degrees in the capital and the northern areas, 3 in the southern regions with a chance for frost formation in various parts of the country, the JMD said.

A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, but it will remain relatively cold across the country with southeasterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
