The PSD director pointed to measures that have been taken to ensure that the electoral process will proceed smoothly, and enable citizens to reach polling stations without any delay. The department, he added, is open to media outlets and will provide journalists with all facilities to enable them to perform their role freely. Major General Saudi described violations that have been recorded until now as minor, and urged citizens to cooperate with PSD personnel to preserve security during the election process.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Director of the Public Security Department (PSD) Major General Atef Saudi, said that 33,000 officers had been deployed to polling centers to maintain security on election day.

The PSD director pointed to measures that have been taken to ensure that the electoral process will proceed smoothly, and enable citizens to reach polling stations without any delay.

The department, he added, is open to media outlets and will provide journalists with all facilities to enable them to perform their role freely.
