Hot conditions forecast over next three days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Slight rise in temperatures is expected on Monday and Tuesday to become above their annual average; therefore it will be relatively hot in the hilly areas, hot in the desert regions and the eastern plains, while it will be extremely hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk with clouds at low altitudes.
On Wednesday, the JMD added, conditions will continue to be relatively hot in the hilly areas in and very hot in other parts of the country with northwesterly moderate winds.
Temperatures expected in Amman for today will range between a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 22 degrees at night, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 43 degrees dropping down to 30 at night.
