Hot conditions continue as temperatures remain above average

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight in temperatures is expected Sunday, but the Kingdom will remain under the impact of hot air mass as mercury levels will be stay above their annual average.
The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily report said that relatively hot conditions are expected to prevail in the hilly areas, while it will be hot in other parts of the country. Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk , blowing dust mainly in the eastern regions, it added.
A further slight in temperatures is forecast Monday, but they will go up high again in Tuesday. Therefore, it will remain relatively hot in the highlands and hot in other parts of the country.
Daytime temperatures in the capital for today is expected to be 35 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 21, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 40 degrees plunging to 28 at night, the JMD added.
