A further rise in temperatures is forecast Saturday, but fair weather will continue to prevail in the hilly areas while it will be relatively hot in the Badia region and plains and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba. Winds will be southwesterly to westerly moderate, the JMD added. Temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 24 degrees Celsius and a low of 12 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 34 degrees dropping down to 19 at night.
