Jordan takes part in Arab League meeting

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan's Ambassador in Cairo and its permanent representatives to the Arab League Bisher Khasawneh on Wednesday, took part in a consultative meeting for the Arab League Council that was held at the level of permanent representatives of the Arab League.

The meeting comes in preparation for the a joint meeting with ambassadors of permanent members of the UN Security Council scheduled to be held on May 21.

Arab League Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Bin Hilli said the meeting discussed coordination on issues of concern to the Arab region that will be tackled with ambassadors of permanent members of the UN Security Council including the Palestinian issue, the situation in Libya and Somalia and migration issues.
