Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Jordanian industrial delegation is currently taking part in Kenya Trade Fair, which kicked off here today, according to Chairman of the Jordan Small and Medium Enterprises Industrial Association (Jordan SMEs) Nidal Samaeen.

Samaeen said that 12 Jordanian industrial companies are participating in the fair with a goal to promote the Jordanian industrial sector and open new markets in the African continent.

The companies represent many industrial sectors, including plastic, printing, office furniture, chemical detergents, cosmetics, food and educational aid industries, Samaeen noted. He also noted the importance of the trade fair, which serves as a platform where Jordanian industrialists can meet and network with peers from across the globe.

Participants under the umbrella of the Jordanian stand noted that the participation aims to bolster the national industries presence in Africa and open new markets to compensate for the deterioration in regional markets as a result of turmoil.
