However Bitar says in reality for an immigrant, life in Sweden is much more difficult than what most people believe. The social media star uses his humor to shed light on the reality and shares his personal story about his long journey to Sweden, which took him to Egypt, Turkey and Greece, before finally making it to Sweden. Although the young Syrian warns of the difficulties that Syrians could face, when speaking to local Swedes, many showed their openness to welcoming Syrians into their country. When asking a local whether he was willing to pay more taxes to accommodate Syrians, he replied “I don’t care, of course I will pay more taxes if we can help people.” *Al Arabiya

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Syrian refugee is using social media to warn Syrians about coming to Sweden.
