Interior ministry issues instructions for Ramadan

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Interior Minister Salamah Hammad gave instructions Thursday on not violating the sanctity of the holy month of Ramadan in public and private institutions, public squares, streets and transportation.

The instructions that have been circulated to all Governors nationwide include not allowing restaurants and cafes to remain open during daylight hours and the closure of all liquor stores subject to legal accountability.

The ministry called on all citizens and residents of the Kingdom not to prejudice the sanctity of the holy month of Ramadan, commitment to public morals and not to offend the feelings of people who are fasting.
