King attends tactical military exercise

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Thursday, attended a tactical military exercise, carried out by at the southern military zone, that featured various weapons and fighter jets, with the participation of all security agencies.
The Supreme Commander, who was accompanied by His Majesty the King's adviser for military affairs and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mashal Mohammad Al-Zabin, was briefed by the zone's military commander and an intelligence officer of one of the participating units about ways of executing the exercise.
The exercise included field applications and live shooting of various kinds of weapons with the support of F-16 jet fighters, helicopters, surveillance aircrafts and aeromedical evacuation aircrafts.
His Majesty voiced admiration of the advanced level the participants in the drill have reached.
