Jordan part of international coalition to train Syrian tribes, people against ISIS

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications Mohammad Momani, on Monday, said Jordan and a number of the region's countries are part of the international coalition efforts in training Syrians and their tribes to confront the Daesh terrorist group.

Momani renewed Jordan's call for finding a political solution to the Syrian crisis through dialogue and in accordance with the outcome of the Geneva 1 conference.

The training of Syrian people and tribes comes as part of comprehensive international efforts to train Iraqi soldiers and Kurdish Peshmerga as well, Momani said in a press conference today.
