Jordanian judiciary refuses to hand over Iraqi citizen to his country

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordanian judiciary refused hand over Iraqi citizen to the authorities of his country charged with the offense of fraud to the unavailability of delivery conditions at his right.

The Arab Police Department (Interpol) issued a book of Jordan reports that an Iraqi citizen asked to hand over to Iraqi authorities is required for an offense of fraud , where they were to refer the matter to the Amman Magistrate Court decided not to extradite him because unavailability of delivery conditions at his right.
