Cabinet lowers prices of oil derivatives

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The cabinet on Sunday decided to lower the prices of main oil derivatives for December, 2014.

Under the decision taken by the government's pricing committee, effective as of tomorrow, the new tariff will be as follows: One litre of unleaded 90-octane gasoline will be sold at 69.0 piasters, down from 73.5 piasters, while one litre of 95-octane will cost 83.5 piasters down from 89.5 piasters.

The prices of diesel and kerosene dropped to 54.5 piasters from 57.5 piasters per litre.

Cooking gas prices will remain unchanged at ten dinars per cylinder.
