King receives credentials of newly appointed ambassadors

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II received at the Basman Palace on Wednesday the credentials of three newly-appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom.

The ambassadors are: Nooradin Bin Haji Yaakob of Brunei, Azamat Berdibay of Kazakhstan and Shuichi Sakurai of Japan.

Upon arrival at the Al Husseinyeh Palace, the King reviewed a guard of honor as a military band played the national anthem of Jordan and the ambassadors' countries.

The ceremony was attended by the Royal Court chief and the minister of foreign affairs and expatriate affairs.

Jordan enjoys close ties with the three countries and seeks to bolster these ties in various domains.
