According to Israeli paper, Haaretz, an Israeli official said Jordan has sent several strongly-worded messages to Israel through diplomatic channels, and considered that the construction of the bridge is an attack on religious monuments and heritage in the vicinity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. *Petra

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Israeli authorities started, on Wednesday, dismantling a wooden footbridge, which was set up at the Mughrabi Gate in occupied Jerusalem in response to heavy Jordanian pressure.
