Rise in temperatures expected till Friday

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A tangible rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday and it will be warm in hilly areas and relatively hot in the other parts of the Kingdom with northeasterly moderate winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.

On Thursday, a further rise in temperatures is forecast and temperatures will be above their seasonal average by 7-8 degrees, therefore; it will be relatively hot in the hilly areas and hot in the Jordan valley and Aqaba with high clouds and southeasterly moderate winds.

Relatively hot and dusty weather will prevail on Friday in most areas of the country while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with high clouds and southwesterly moderate to brisk winds.

Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius and a low of 17 degrees.
