Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Saudi national campaign in support of Syrian refugees in Jordan continued to distribute aid and winter clothes for the second day in the city of Zarqa.

The campaign's regional director, Badr bin Abdulrahman Al-Samhan, said in a press release issued on Saturday that in the next stage of the campaign, relief material will be distributed in the eastern desert region. This will be the twelfth stop for the Saudi aid convoys meant for the Syrian refugees in the Kingdom.

"The distribution sites are being chosen according to the places where refugees gather in large numbers," he added, noting that maps are being used for this purpose in cooperation with the Jordanian authorities and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
