AMMONNEWS - Um Muhammad Khair, was living in hard conditions. Her husband's illness deprived him of the ability to work, and her 9 children crammed into a rented apartment in "Rahmaniyya" unfit for decent living. She never envisaged that resorting to the Royal Court several months ago to seek help would culminate in a royal visit to her meager home.

King Abdullah knocked on her door on one blessed Ramadan day, opening the door for him, she felt the wave of hope and comfort, she told 'Ammon News.'

"His Majesty rescued us from the long suffering we had endured," she said. He offered them a sum of money in charity, ordered that the family be provided a decent home, provided them with a monthly pension so that they will never need to ask again for help, and ordered that the whole family be covered by health insurance.

Despite all the words of gratefulness and gratitude, Um Muhammad and her family felt no words may express their feelings regarding such a royal visit.

ABU DIYYAH'S FAMILY

Ahmad Abu Diyyah's family was not living in any better conditions; they lived in the same neighborhood as Um Muhammad's family, and shared the same suffering. In a one-room wretched home that houses all five members of the family, King Abdullah sat and listened to the family's needs.

The Hashemite makruma extended the support the family needed as it did to Um Muhammad's family.

Abu Ahmad suffers from a nervous disorder that rendered him handicapped. His family lived on the humble allowance provided by the National Aid Fund and whatever is offered by the generosity of those who help. (Story continues below)

They lived in a home where dampness and humidity weakened the support of its walls, along with the health of its inhabitants. This is aside from the mice that shared their dwellings as a result of the deterioration of their home's sewage system.

Abu Diyyah and his wife poured words of gratitude and thanks to the Royal support, telling 'Ammon News' that their inability to express their thanks was doubled by so much "shame and shyness" at hosting His Majesty in their miserable home.
