Jordanian trade unionists present proposals to ease entry to Gaza

Ammon News - AQABA - Jordanian activists and trade unionists expressed hope that they would reach understandings with the Egyptian side to allow an aid convoy enter Gaza Strip.

Head of the delegation Abdel Fattah Keilani said that meetings were held with officials from the Egyptian Consulate in Aqaba.

The delegation presented a number of proposals to allow the entry of the delegation to the coastal enclave, Keilani added in a press conference.

More than 138 people including 16 women with aid, medicines and clothes left Amman for Gaza on Tuesday morning.
