Kingdom to see rise in temperatures on Sunday

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected to prevail on Sunday, bringing moderate weather conditions in most regions, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily report.

During the next two days, the kingdom will be affected by a relatively hot air mass, pushing temperatures 4 to 5 degrees above their annual average for this time of year, with northeasterly to northwesterly moderate winds.

In Amman, mercury will today hover around 32C degrees, dropping to 21 C during night hours, while the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba will see a sizzling 38C, sliding to 26C during night.
