Jordan condemns assassination attempt on Sudanese PM

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Monday, condemned in the strongest terms the failed assassination attempt against Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok.

The ministry’s spokesperson, Ambassador Daifallah Al-Fayez, denounced any attempt aimed at undermining the security and stability of the Republic of Sudan.

He stressed the importance and necessity of joining regional and state efforts to combat terrorism in all its forms in order to uphold regional security and peace.

Al-Fayez underscored Jordan's supportive position toward Sudan and the Sudanese people.
