Cabinet approves investor grievance bylaw

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Cabinet decided at its meeting on Wednesday chaired by Prime Minister Omar Razzaz to approve the 2019 investor grievance bylaw.

The bylaw comes to establish a transparent mechanism to enable the investor to submit a grievance report with regard to any decision, abstention or procedure taken by governmental bodies.

It also seeks to address obstacles facing economic activity, and to find a mechanism to settle any investment dispute between government agencies and investors amicably within a maximum period of six months and follow necessary means to resolve it.
