Gasoline prices in 1st week of September

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prices of international oil derivatives during the first week of September showed a in gasoline prices, while the prices of the diesel and kerosene were stable compared to August, according to data released Monday by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

The data showed that the prices of unleaded 95-octane gasoline went down from $598.3 per ton to $579.9, a decrease of 3.1 percent, while the prices of unleaded 90-octane gasoline dropped by 3.1 percent, from $565.4 to $548 per ton.

Kerosene prices also fell by 0.3 percent from $595.3 per ton to $593.4, while the prices of diesel slightly rose by 0.1 percent, from $559.7 to $560.4, the figures showed.

The prices of liquefied gas went dawn from $362.5 per ton in August to $357.7 in September, according to the figures.

The ministry said that benchmark Brent crude prices increased by 2 percent in the first week of September, going up from $60.3 to $59 per barrel.
