AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Sunday condemned the terror bombing of a wedding party in the Afghan capital Kabul, which killed more than 60 people and injured several others.

In a press statement, the ministry's spokesperson, Ambassador Sufian Qudah, reiterated Jordan's solidarity with the Afghan government and people in the face of terrorism and "blind" violence aimed at undermining Afghanistan's security, safety and stability.

Qudah also expressed his sincere condolences to the victims' families and wished the wounded a speedy recovery, stressing the Kingdom's firm rejection of various forms of violence and terrorism, which target all without distinction between religion and race.
