Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister Omar Razzaz Monday visited the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army where he met with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat for a discussion on many issues, including a plan to develop the royal medical services and train the medical staff to provide world-class services.

Razzaz, who is also the defense minister, and Freihat discussed the achievements of the "Khedmat Watan" program, which is aimed at providing a professional and military training to a group of Jordanian youths and the importance of the developmental plans to support the national economy by providing the Jordanian market with qualified and disciplined youths to contribute to the effort of preserving peace and security.

The Jordanian Army is in the process for establishing a medical school to teach various medical branches.
