Gov't to form ad hoc committee to examine decision to retire employees

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister Omar Razzaz Sunday instructed to form an ad hoc committee tasked with looking into recent decisions taken by the Customs Department and the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group to place a number of employees on leave or be referred to retirement.

The premier instructed the panel, which will be chaired by the Minister of Justice Bassam Talhouni, to submit its recommendations the soonest.

The committee comprises the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission Vide President, the Secretary-General of the Audit Bureau, Finance Ministry Secretary-General and the Customs Department Director General.
