Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively hot weather is expected to continue Tuesday in the hilly areas and the eastern plains, while it will be hot in Badia regions, the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea with clouds at various altitudes, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, blowing dust in the desert areas.

Daytime temperatures forecast for today in Amman, the northern and southern cities will hover around 33 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 23, 22 and 21 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 44 degrees and lows standing at 29, the JMD said.

Mercury levels will over the next two days, creating moderate conditions in the hilly areas and plains, while it will be hot in other regions with high clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, blowing dust in the southern and eastern parts of the country, the JMD added.
