Temperatures set to rise for three days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday, becoming around their annual average and bringing moderate weather in the hilly areas and the Badia regions, while it will be relatively hot in the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Temperatures expected for today in the capital and the northern cities will reach 27 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping to 16 and 13 respectively at night, while it will be hotter in the osuthern cities with mercury levels reaching 30 degrees during daytime aand standing at 13 at night, the JMD said.
The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 35 degrees Celsius sliding down to 23 degrees at night.
Mercury levels will continue to rise over the next two days, but similar moderate conditions will remain in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the country with light to changeable winds, the department added.
