Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A in temperatures is expected on Saturday becoming around their seasonal average. Therefore, fair and cloudy conditions will prevail in hilly areas while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Light rain is also expected especially in the southern and eastern regions while winds will be westerly moderate to brisk blowing dust in the southern and eastern regions.

Cool and partly cloudy weather will prevail at night with a continued chance for rain in various parts of the Kingdom.

In the late hours of the night, the Kingdom will be affected with a relatively cold air mass accompanying a weak depression that will bring rain to the northern and central parts of the Kingdom.

Temperatures will further on Sunday with a continued chance for scattered rain in the northern and central regions and parts of the southern regions while winds will be north westerly moderate to brisk raining dust in the southern and eastern regions.

As for Monday, a rise in temperatures is expected creating fair conditions in the hilly areas, warm in the Badia, and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba.

Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 23 degrees Celsius and a low of 11 degrees while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 36 degrees sliding down to 18 degrees at night.
