A bullet went through a girl head and stayed in her neck

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A child , Salma Abu Saleem was hit by a stray bullet yesterday, Friday , which went through her head and stayed in her neck, at al Salt city , according to the child uncle, dr. Khaleel Abu Saleem.

In details , as the child uncle told Ammon, that she is two years old, she was playing with her parents, grandfather and grandmother and her brother in their house yard in al Bahyra at al Salt , then a stray bullet hit her. She was succored to al Hussain Hospital at al Salt, the hospital transferred her immediately to al Basheer Hospital due to the difficulty and hardness of her injuries.

Her uncle added that the child was transferred to al Basheer Hospital, where she had a surgery to remove the bullet which pierce the brain, and cause heavy damages , and it was stabilized in her neck, the girl now in a critical condition.

Major Wasfi al Otoom from the administration of security media explained to Ammon that al Salt police received pa communique of the injury of a child who was hit by a stray bullet, a commission of a forensic laboratory and a specialist security center and al Salt police directorate, to identify the committer .

Major Ra'ed al Otoom added that the father of the child claimed in his lawsuit on a university graduate , he prepared to a party in a neighbouring area to Salma's home.

Al Otoom followed that the public security arrested the suspect and he was transferred to the prosecutor , he denied after investigation with him, committing it or anyone in the party.
