Kuwait is the biggest investor in Jordan: PM

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour said Kuwait has the biggest share of investments in Jordan's private sector compared to other countries.

Ensour remarks came during a meeting with Kuwait's National Assembly Deputy Speaker Mubarak Al-Khurainij, describing Jordanian-Kuwaiti ties as advanced in various scopes.

Ensour said '' Jordan and Kuwait saw eye-to-eye on many issues, be they through the Arab coalition or Syria and Iraq's conditions.'' Kuwait is a role model in the Middle East in democratic and parliamentary experience, Ensour noted.

Ensour voiced appreciations to Kuwait's Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, saying that the Kuwaiti leadership has supported Arab nation's drive.

On trade field, Ensour underscored the meeting of Jordan's interior minister with the Kuwaiti leadership to facilitate all obstacles facing the trade between Jordan and Iraq.

'' His Majesty King Abdullah II is currently in Aqaba to inaugurate Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's port,'' Ensour addressing Al-Khurainij.
