9 Deaths, 322 Injuries during Eid Holiday

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Over 538 accident and emergency cases occurred during the Eid holiday throughout the kingdom, resulting in the death of nine people and the injury of 322 others, Civil Defense Department (CDD) said.
CDD rescue cadres dealt with 538 emergency cases, with the majority of cases including rescue and traffic accidents, totaling 375 different accidents, that left seven people dead in traffic accidents and two others as a result of electrocution.
Fire extinguishing missions included 163 fire accidents that left 24 people injured, CDD added.
1,477 sickness cases were also dealt with by CDD cadres during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
