Ammon News - AMMONNEWS- A mobile clerk in his twenties raped a 15 year old girl. he wants to escape from 15years of imprisonment by the Jordanian Penal Code article 308.

After he was proven guilty he put a drug in the 15year olds juice so he kidnapped her and took her to an abandoned area where he sexually raped her.

According to the girls report, she used to always go to his mobile phone shop where she got to know him and then he promised to marry her. The day he raped her, he called her to discuss their marriage plans and told her to come to his shop.

According to the girl she told Al-Ghad daily news paper, she filed a complaint to prosecutor, Anawr Abu Eid, that the rapist told her to go into the attic to discuses their marriage plan where he served her drugged juice where she got dizzy and fainted.

Then he carried her to his car and took her Abounded area and sexual rape her. When she woke up she found her self naked and she found marks that indicated rape and he took her back to his mobile phone store where she did made a complaint to her.

The police arrested him, and during the investigation he told them he planned to marry her and admitted he raped her.

then the prosecutor had to cancel the 15 days of jail time in Al-Jwayda prison.

The guilty punishment is legally 15 years working in the prison, according to Jordan’s 308 law and he is trying to marry the girl to escape this punishment.He must stay with her 5 years before getting a divorce.
