Held annually, The Youth Leadership Program "Towards an Empowered Generation" is one of the Queen Rania for Family and Child Center’s programs which started in 2009.

The summer camp includes activities with children at the Queen Rania Family and Child Center and Dar Al Aman in addition to maintenance activities at different facilities located in Jabal Al Naser such as schools and parks.

Youth leaders also participate in the Youth Leaders Preventing Violence Program in cooperation with UNHCR, Raising Awareness on Violence against Women and Children through Theatrical Play in coordination with Vital Voices, and the Youth Empowerment Program - supported by International Medical Corps (IMC).
