Former Intelligence Chief Detained over Graft Charges

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Amman's Public Prosecutor on Thursday ordered the detention of former chief of the General Intelligence Department Mohammad Dahabi 14 days pending investigation of charges of money laundering and abuse of public office.

Prosecutor Muhammad Sorani ordered the detention of Dahabi in Al Juweida prison pending his questioning into allegations of money laundering brought against him by the Central Bank of Jordan's Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Department.
