Queen Noor expresses sadness over Japan quake, Princess Raya Safe in Tokyo

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - (Exclusive) The Royal Hashemite Court on Saturday said that Princess Raya bint Al Hussein is safe in the Japanese capital, Tokyo.

Meanwhile, Her Majesty Queen Noor Al Hussein expressed sadness and sympathy over the massive and devastating earth quake and tsunami that struck Japan on Friday.

On her page on Twitter, Queen Noor wrote on Friday March 11th, "My heart goes out to all affected by quake &tsunami in Japan including my beloved child who works there. God bless. &protect all."

Her Majesty added at a later time in response to numerous comments expressing sorrow to Japan's victims and concern over the safety of Princess Raya, "Very touched by all ur prayers 4 the Japanese&my child working there to strengthen Arab-Asian ties in field of human development.

A source at the Royal Hashemite Court added that all Jordanians in the Japanese capital, Tokyo, are safe.
